Russell Friese finalist for National Pastoral Award

We are delighted to announce that Mr Russell Friese, our Senior Pastoral lead and Head of PE and Sport, has been shortlisted for the prestigious “Pastoral Development Initiative of the Year” award by the National Association for Pastoral Care in Education.

This award is for pastoral initiatives that have achieved positive outcomes and improved the learning experience and future life chances, for young people and specifically relates to a number of initiatives Mr Friese has developed over the past year including whole school pupil pastoral audits and the popular communication station sessions.
