“I believe that school should be a place for children to develop a love for learning, build confidence, and be a safe and nurturing environment to allow students to discover their passions and become well-rounded individuals. This is reflected in my teaching practice. I believe it is important to make lessons accessible to all students by providing additional support when needed, whilst simultaneously challenging other students. By creating a positive, individualised, exciting and inclusive classroom, my students are able to succeed academically whilst being happy members of the cohort.”
